Detailed Product Description

Cementing machine for coating latex or water-based adhesives onto belts, shoulder straps for handbags, and strips in general before fitting them together. Due to its characteristics, it may be used in other leather working sectors, for example for wallets, bags, suitcases or paper objects. The soft rollers on this machine allow for the cementing of strips, whether with a flat surface or stripped edges, while the upper roller can be shaped in relation to the form of the strip to be coated.

SPECIFICATIONS:
§  New automatic system for controlling parallelism between the coating roller and upper roller, to obtain a perfect coating of the adhesive over the entire surface of the strip.
§  Lowering of the upper roller and pneumatic pedal control.
§  Electronically controlled speed variator programmable from 2 to 28 m/min. adapting to work requirements.
§  Aspirator.
§  Thickness of cemented strip can vary from 0.5 to 12 mm.
§  Rapid extraction of cementing rollers and cement container for fast and easy cleaning.
§  Safety and protection measures respecting current norms  

OPTIONAL:
§  electronic-pneumatic control system: once the material is fed in, the feed counter-roller lowers automatically after a pre-set time and, once the operation is over, returns to the loading position without any manual operations. This system allows clean quick gluing and makes the machine extremely reliable. (Mod. SM.ILVA)  

The machines are available in two versions:
§  MOD. SM.ILV/80 -SM.ILVA/80 cementing width from 2 to 80 mm.
§  MOD. SM.ILV/130 -SM.ILVA/130 cementing width from 2 to 130 mm
