Detailed Product Description

These hot edge-setting machines (leather processing machine)are used to facilitate and improve the quality of sharp-cut edges (monocomponents, joined and multi-layered items). Particularly suited for the production of handbags, wallets, briefcases, small leather-goods, footwear uppers and watchstraps. When the ink is perfectly dried, the item to set will be put against the hot tool and through a manual movement the edge will come smooth removing the most important imperfections. These machines are equipped with a multi-cavity heated block, in INOX iron, to suit different profiles of materials being worked, easily interchangeable and mounted onto a mobile adjustable arm which allows the operator to optimize the working position.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  LONG arm can be directed to suit the operators work needs in particular when there are big items to set (mod. SM.LB4).
  Digital temperature setting from room temp. to a max. temp. of 290°.
  Material guide adjustable on tool.

  Vacuum system of smoke (mod. SM.LB4).
  Minimum working thickness 0.5 mm - maximum 15 mm.
